To commemorate its 50th year creating top-tier guitars, Taylor is offering this limited-edition 314ce, a distinct instrument being offered as a part of this series that also features a Builder's Edition 814ce and an American Dream AD14ce, all offered with unique and limited specs. This Grand Auditorium-style acoustic stands out with premium updates and performance features, showcasing a torrefied Sitka Spruce top.

This 50th Anni beauty's torrefied top wood undergoes high-temperature baking to diminish the presence of oils, vapor, and natural compounds. This special roasting process creates a subtle visual darkness in the wood of the soundboard, complemented by a shaded edgeburst around the body and neck. Complementing the top of the guitar, the back and sides features a gorgeous sapele that boasts a prominent, vertical bookmatched woodgrain. A firestripe faux-tortoise pickguard acts as the focal point of the front of the guitar, and Taylor's inventive V-Class style bracing works in unison with the Sitka spruce of the top to make this guitar offer a classic Taylor resonance.

The neck is made of mahogany, and features a smoked eucalyptus fingerboard with a 15" radius, boasting Italian Acrylic Gemstone inlays and 20 frets. Coming fully equipped with an onboard Taylor Expression System 2 (ES2) system, this guitar is able to be plugged in and used for amplified performance, with controls for treble, bass, and volume providing versatility in shaping tone.

Featuring a beautiful gloss finish, gold tuners, black body binding and a 3-ring rosette with black and white purfling, the production of this instrument is limited to 1,974 guitars worldwide, and each one comes with a custom hardshell brown case whose beauty complements that of the guitar itself.

Must Have For Beginner Coders
I am just starting out learning the concepts of coding, because I would like to start making my own video games as a hobby. I have purchased other "how-to" guides for beginners, which ended up being very confusing and required a more intermediate level of knowledge with coding. I am very happy with this book, as it provides straightforward and easy to understand lessons in four different coding languages, along with access to a free-to-use coding program so you can practice each lesson step-by-step in real time. The book is very colorful and laid out well with lots of pictures to illustrate each step in the process. I highly recommend this book for people like me, who are just starting out with coding and want to grasp the fundamentals before jumping into the deep end.

High quality!
I am not a seasoned programmer, so I cannot compare this to other resources available. Regarding the book itself, though, it is very high quality. The book itself is a hard cover with very high production values. Everything is illustrated and easy to understand. Like I said, I cannot vouch for the nitty-gritty that an expert might be able to, but from my perspective, this is a great place to start as a beginner.

Witty introduction. Not detailed, but technically accurate
Format: Kindle
I loved this book! I am a programmer and I have read several books about AI. This is an introduction for the general public. It does not have many technical details, but it is technically accurate. The writing is clear and understandable. It is also hilarious, with cute illustrations. I think it has more technical details and more interesting, on-point examples than some reviewers appreciate. They see the jokes and illustrations, and they don't notice how much technical information comes along with them. For example, she describes some fascinating parallels with biological evolution and AI systems discovering method of locomotion on their own, such as making yourself into a tower and then toppling over in the direction you want to go. The author points out this is how some species of grass propagate their seeds, one stem-length, each growing season. This is a short technical book. I like that! It reminds me of the classic "How to Lie With Statistics," by Darrell Huff, 1954, 142 pages. Everyone who wants to understand statistics should read this. It is also hilarious, it also has cute illustrations, and it is also one of the best introductions to the subject ever written.
