De mesjes zijn verkrijgbaar in 4 verschillende soorten, aan te passen aan de zwaarte van de baard en huidtypes. De mesjes zijn eenvoudig te wisselen en gaan ongeveer 7 tot 10 scheerbeurten mee. Dit maakt het mes niet alleen gemakkelijk in gebruik, maar ook onderhoudsvrij tov van een scheermes met een geslepen lemmet.
