Makkelijker geformuleerd dan gedaan, nogal wat zaken waar op gelet kan en moet worden. Minder CO2 uitstoot is een kernpunt, waarbij wijngaardbeheer erop gericht is zo min mogelijk van tractor gebruik te hoeven maken.

Beschrijving: Fris en goed vol en zwierig met meloen, pepertje, appeltjes, roze grapefruit.

Lekker bij: Aziatische curry met bijvoorbeeld zalm.

Leuk weetje: In 2015 trad Ferdinand Mayr terug wegens alsmaar meer uitpuilende agenda, en maakt Rudi de wijnen alleen.
