Na de boerderijen begon de bouw van de villa en de Italiaanse tuin. De Italiaanse tuin bestaat nog steeds en vormt een perfecte omlijsting voor de prachtige villa. De boerderijen, gelegen achter de villa, zijn perfecte voorbeelden van landelijke bouw in de Valpolicella en zijn gebouwd met behulp van lokale tufsteen. Na een lange transformatie van een boerderij naar een prestigieuze wijnproducent heeft ervoor gezorgd dat Villa Spinosa een moderne en goedkope wijnmakerij is geworden in de regio Valpolicella Classica, erkend vanwege de hoge kwaliteit van de wijnproductie.
