The Wave Tool is the only tool that combines myofascial massage surfaces and IASTM edge technology to completely treat myofascial pain, restrictions, and adhesions. The unique and ergonomically focussed design increases user load/pressure sensitivity while decreasing hand strain. This tool is great for treatment for a number of conditions that include tendonitis, scar tissue, cellulite, adhesions, fibrosis, muscle strain, myofascial pain. HOW WE USE IT
After our workouts, we like to make time (yes...this means you need to make time!!) to stretch and massage out the legs, arms, and back. We usually try and use this release tool and massage out 3-4 times per week if your an athlete that runs tight. Start in very small amounts of time and work into a routine. Your body will thank you!
