Straight-up Fadogia + Tongkat Ali, doses right there—no guessing

Raw Nutrition Signal keeps it simple for hormone support. It pairs two herbs that folks talk about for boosting natural testosterone, libido, energy, and gym drive, with full doses shown right on the label—no prop blend nonsense. This isn't a wide-ranging men's health pill stuffed with cheap zinc, tribulus, fenugreek bits, or random herbs just for show. It's straight-up two ingredients in capsules: 1,200 mg Fadogia agrestis whole herb extract at 10:1 and 400 mg Longjack root extract, which is also called Tongkat Ali or Eurycoma longifolia.

Fadogia agrestis is the wild card here. With 1,200 mg of 10:1 extract, that's like getting the punch of about 12 grams of raw herb. Truth is, there's not a ton of solid human studies on it. Most chatter comes from animal tests and user stories, not big clinical trials. It's thought to nudge luteinizing hormone (that's a signal for testosterone production) and overall androgen action, which is why it's popular in natural test stacks. You'll notice changes in libido, workout motivation, and daily vibe over time, not some instant buzz. Since human data is thin, think of Fadogia as a bold, trendy pick rather than a proven star.

Longjack root extract, or Tongkat Ali, has more backing from studies. It's shown benefits in guys for vitality, handling stress, libido, and hormone levels, especially if you're stressed or starting with lower testosterone. It's often talked about for helping with free t

Key Highlights

  • 1,200 mg Fadogia agrestis 10:1 extract—a big, clear dose in a world where lots of products hide this behind blends. That's key because Fadogia only makes sense if you can see the maker is serious about it.
  • 400 mg Longjack root extract—a solid amount on its own, not just a sprinkle. This is the better-studied part, with research on male energy, libido, and stress-hormone help.
  • Just two actives, no junk—this skips the tribulus, fenugreek scraps, weak minerals, or fake 'male boost' hype. You get a clean label that's easy to trust.
  • Full doses listed—no blends, no secrets, no puzzles. In test support supps, that's a win since so many hide skimpy amounts.
  • Fadogia and Tongkat Ali team up—both aim at better male vibe and hormone help, but from different angles. Tongkat Ali has the human studies; Fadogia brings the edgy, trendy androgen push.
  • Capsules for easy use—no mixing, no taste issues, no tying it to workouts. Makes sticking with it simple, and that's huge since this builds over time, not right away.
  • No stims here—boosts drive without caffeine, yohimbine, or buzz stuff. Easy to add to your coffee, pre, or late sessions without overload.
  • Made for real daily use, not showy labels—this isn't about cramming 12 weak ingredients. It's focused, smart, and straightforward to check out.

Who Is This For?

  • Guys on steady muscle-building plans wanting a clean natural hormone booster over bloated test pills. 1,200 mg Fadogia agrestis extract and 400 mg Tongkat Ali hit libido, energy, and drive without extras.
  • Strength trainers in tough phases where stress kills recovery and edge. Tongkat Ali fits with its studies on male vibe and stress hormones; Fadogia adds aggressive androgen support.
  • Folks who prefer capsules over powders or stim-heavy stuff. Easy daily use for building effects, not quick energy.
  • Savvy users after the hot Fadogia + Tongkat Ali combo, but with clear doses—not prop blend mysteries. Gives you both in a simple, open label.
  • Men 30+ fine-tuning training, body, libido, and daily pep with smarter supps. Relevant for drive, confidence, and sex health plus gym gains.
  • Athletes cutting cals who need motivation and energy support. Not a burner, but Tongkat Ali and Fadogia can keep cuts from feeling so blah.

How to Use

Take 3 capsules daily, with a meal like suggested. Not stim-based, so no need to time it right before lifting like a pre. Key is doing it every day at the same time for weeks. If you're new to herbs, start lower for a bit to check tolerance, then go full. Capsules mean no mixing hassle. Food helps some with tummy comfort from strong extracts. Stacks great with creatine, protein, fish oil, vitamin D, magnesium, and pre—no stim conflicts. Many cycle these kinds of supps, especially with Fadogia, due to thin long-term data. Keep it cool and dry, and check the bottle for full ingredients and warnings since sources didn't have everything.

What to Expect

Day 1, you might notice nothing big—no buzz, no pump, no instant feel, since this is hormone support in capsules. First week, some guys pick up on small libido or energy shifts, but others feel zilch at first. By weeks 2-4, steady users check baselines: workout motivation, mood, libido, and readiness. Tongkat Ali's the one with studies likely driving those slow changes. Fadogia effects, when felt, build over time too. Judge this on weeks, not minutes—it's a gradual thing.

Key Ingredients

  • Fadogia Agrestis Whole Herb Extract 10:1 — 1,200 mg — High-dose Fadogia for aggressive testosterone-support positioning
  • Longjack Root Extract — 400 mg — Tongkat Ali support for libido, vitality, and stress resilience

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the exact doses in Raw Nutrition Signal?

Signal provides 1,200 mg of Fadogia agrestis whole herb extract at 10:1 plus 400 mg of Longjack root extract per 3-capsule serving. One of the best parts of this formula is that it is fully disclosed with no proprietary blend hiding the active amounts.

Is Longjack the same thing as Tongkat Ali?

Yes. Longjack is another common name for Tongkat Ali, the botanical Eurycoma longifolia. In Signal, the 400 mg Longjack root extract is the Tongkat Ali component of the formula.

Does Raw Nutrition Signal contain caffeine or stimulants?

Based on the verified active formula, Signal does not contain caffeine and functions as a stim-free hormone-support product. It is designed for daily use over time, not for an immediate pre-workout energy effect.

How long does Signal take to work?

This is not a product you judge by the first serving. Most users assess it over 2 to 4 weeks of consistent daily use, looking for changes in libido, training drive, mood, and overall vitality rather than an acute sensation.

Is Fadogia agrestis clinically proven in humans?

Not in the way more established sports nutrition ingredients are. Fadogia has limited human clinical evidence, so it should be considered a more experimental inclusion compared with Tongkat Ali, which has better human support.

Should I take Signal with food?

Yes, taking the 3 capsules with food is a practical choice and matches available usage guidance. Food can also help reduce stomach discomfort for users who are sensitive to concentrated herbal extracts.

Can I stack Signal with creatine and pre-workout?

Yes. Signal stacks cleanly with creatine, protein, hydration products, and pre-workout because it does not overlap with caffeine, pump ingredients, or common workout-performance actives.

Is Signal better than a typical testosterone booster blend?

If you value transparency, often yes. Many testosterone boosters use proprietary blends and scattershot ingredient lists, while Signal focuses on two well-known botanicals at disclosed doses so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Is 400 mg Tongkat Ali a solid dose?

It is a meaningful dose for an extract, but the exact quality depends on standardization, which was not confirmed in the available label data. The dose is still substantial enough to make Tongkat Ali a real centerpiece of the formula.

Should Signal be cycled?

Many experienced users choose to cycle hormone-support products, especially when Fadogia is included, because long-term human data are limited. While there is no universally fixed protocol from the available label, periodic off-phases are a conservative approach.

This sticks to my Chrysler Pacifica!
I bought a new-to-me Chrysler Pacifica and of course wanted a phone holder or two for when my husband and I are travelling. I absolutely adore the car, but I've never had so much trouble finding a phone holder that would stick to the dash, no matter how thoroughly I cleaned it with alcohol! Finally found this one, but it only sticks if you do NOT activate the suction part. That pulls the sticky part off the dash. And it's not very attractive on top of the dash. I'm more concerned with function than appearance so I'm happy with it, and it works great. The phone stays put and stays charged, which is all I ask.

Imperfect, sometimes charging is unreliable, clamp needs power to work and annoyingly not auto
The build quality is great for the price. Like iOttie. The tech advancement is cool but it doesn't work very well which is a disappointment. It doesn't charge my phone very fast, because my phone is limited to 15 watt wireless charging, but it's great for preventing battery loss while using GPS. The button to manually clamp and unclamp are a little too hard to press, it flexes the whole holder, so you need to press with your whole hand supporting the holder. Sometimes my phone disconnects and reconnects randomly to this charger multiple times. Not sure if it's the charger or phone but that stinks . (I'm using an Anker 50w USB adapter for this wireless charger) The clamping is motorized which is cool, but it's honestly less reliable than a spring loaded clamp because it doesn't always auto clamp the phone. When this clamp is working properly it is great as it auto clamps onto a phone it's charging. But the issue is it doesn't always clamp. It sometimes thinks it's clamped, when it's not, so you have to press the manual activation button twice so the phone will be locked in place. It's hard to know when you need to press just once or twice. (The reason you press the button twice is if it thinks it's closed when it's actually open. Then you press first to "open" the clamp, even though it's already open, then press again to close it. But if it knows the correct clamp position already, and just refuses to auto clamp, you only press the button once. If you press twice, you will end up cancelling the clamp. It feels random and unpredictable what the correct action is) The clamping requires power which is another disadvantage to spring loaded hand clamps. But unclamping works without power due to a backup battery. (Powered clamping is still better than those manual squeeze clamps, which are finicky to get a strong enough clamp on the phone) I'm not sure how safe the battery is in a super hot car, like Florida heat. It seems fine for Pa heat.

Great product
UPDATE: Amazing customer service. I didn’t reach out, they did. After some adjustment shaking is minimal. Also regardless the charging. Well apparently my case is not compatible with fast charge. Phone charges fast without the case. Guess that has been my issue with other wireless charges. Definitely recommend. My husband went with another brand and now will be getting the same as mine. Cool idea but definitely not super fast charge. In 40 minutes charged only 10%, was expecting more. Hold phone well but it shakes while driving. Installation was super easy.
