5g Solid Creatine Monohydrate. Straight Up, No Waste.

NutraBio Micronized Creatine Monohydrate is a straight-up, one-ingredient boost for strength and performance, using the most researched supplement in sports nutrition: creatine monohydrate. No fillers, no hidden blends, no flavor tricks, and no skimpy add-ons acting like they're helpful. The whole idea is simple and spot-on: give you a full 5,000mg scoop, the dose that's backed by studies for daily use and keeping performance high.

Creatine boosts phosphocreatine stores in your muscles. During quick, intense stuff like heavy lifts, sprints, jumps, or back-to-back high-effort sets, phosphocreatine helps remake ATP fast – that's the energy your muscles burn for contractions. You end up with more power on repeats, better staying power across sets, more total work in your sessions, and eventually a bigger push for muscle growth and strength gains. That's why it's a go-to for bodybuilders, strength folks, team athletes, and everyday lifters.

The 5g scoop is key. Studies show 3 to 5g daily keeps muscle creatine levels topped off after saturation, while loading might mean 20g a day split into four doses for 5 to 7 days. You can skip loading and just do 3 to 5g daily – it works, just takes a bit longer. NutraBio hits 5g per scoop, right at the top of what's proven for maintenance. For most people, one scoop a day keeps those muscle stores high and supports steady gains.

The micronized version is a nice touch. It doesn't change how creatine works, but the smaller particles mix better, which usually means

NutraBio Micron Creatine by NutraBio contains 5g PharmaPure™ Creatine Monohydrate, a clinical dose for strength and power output.

Key Highlights

  • 5,000mg creatine monohydrate per scoop – that's the dose range studies back for daily use. It helps saturate your muscles with creatine, targeting the phosphocreatine system that powers repeated high-intensity efforts.
  • Just one ingredient – one thing doing its job, no tricks on the label. In a world of blends and fillers, this gives you full control of your stack and easy dose checks.
  • Micronized powder – smaller particles mix smoother in water or your drink. It makes daily use less gritty than regular creatine powders.
  • Helps recharge ATP during tough efforts – creatine refills phosphocreatine in muscles, which quickly remakes ATP for short, explosive moves. That's huge for heavy training, sprints, jumps, or keeping strong across sets.
  • Proven for strength and power – creatine monohydrate has tons of studies over decades showing real results in strength, muscle mass, and repeat exercise performance. Not many supplements match that track record.
  • Boosts your training volume over time – when you keep output high across sets, you rack up more quality work. That's a big way creatine helps with long-term muscle and strength progress.
  • Improves muscle hydration and fullness – creatine pulls water into muscle cells for a more pumped, dense feel. Lots of users see fuller muscles in the gym as creatine levels and water build up in the tissue.
  • No hidden blends – every mg is listed. No guessing if it's effective, since the whole serving is exactly what you're after.

NutraBio Micron Creatine by NutraBio contains 5g PharmaPure™ Creatine Monohydrate, a clinical dose for strength and power output.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders in high-volume growth blocks who want rep quality to stay up as sets pile on. The 5g creatine monohydrate helps recharge ATP fast between efforts, keeping output solid and giving that fuller, hydrated muscle vibe physique folks love.
  • Powerlifters and strength chasers with progressive programs who focus on bar speed, repeats, and peak sets. Daily creatine monohydrate is super backed by evidence for high-intensity boosts, and this delivers the full maintenance dose without extras.
  • CrossFit and functional trainers mixing explosiveness, rounds, and mixed sessions. Creatine's phosphocreatine boost shines when you need power bursts with short rests.
  • Team sport athletes in football, rugby, basketball, soccer needing repeat sprints, quick bursts, and power through practices. A 5g daily dose supports the energy for short, intense repeats.
  • Stack builders who hate creatine stuck in pres or blends. This solo format lets you add it to your pre, electrolytes, EAAs, or protein without extras or double-dosing.
  • Newbies starting with one supp that's got killer evidence, not wild formulas. Creatine monohydrate is easy, studied, and fits goals like strength, muscle, and better workouts.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop with 8 to 16 oz of water or whatever drink you stick with. Take it once daily, every day, since creatine builds muscle saturation over time, not like a pre-hit. Time it your way: pre-train, post, or with food – best is what you can do consistently. For faster load, try 20g daily split into four 5g doses for 5 to 7 days, then 5g maintenance; or keep it simple with 5g daily and let it build over weeks. No food needed, but with a meal or shake can be gentler if supps bug your empty stomach. Stacks smooth with pre, intra carbs, electrolytes, EAAs, and protein – no overlaps or hidden stuff. No cycling required; it's for ongoing use. Store cool and dry, sealed to keep moisture out. Stay hydrated daily, especially in tough training, as creatine boosts muscle water hold.

What to Expect

First 0 to 10 minutes: mix and down it easy, no stim kick since creatine isn't about that instant feel. 10 to 40 minutes: still no big rush, just your usual vibe – that's how pure creatine rolls. Days 1 to 7: load with more if you want quick saturation; or one scoop daily builds it slower but sure. Week 2: some notice better repeats, more endurance in heavy lifts, and a fuller muscle feel. Weeks 3 to 4: daily use really shines with stronger sets, steady performance, and pumped muscles from water pull-in. Keep it up to hold those gains.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much creatine is in each serving of NutraBio Micronized Creatine Monohydrate?

Each serving provides 5,000mg of creatine monohydrate. That is a full clinical maintenance dose and sits directly within the 3 to 5g daily range most often used in the literature for long-term creatine support.

Is 5g of creatine monohydrate the right daily dose?

Yes. For most adults, 5g per day is an evidence-based daily maintenance dose that supports muscle creatine saturation over time. It is also the standard scoop size used in many loading protocols when multiple servings are taken per day.

Do I need to load this creatine?

Loading is optional, not required. If you want faster saturation, a common protocol is 20g per day split into four 5g servings for 5 to 7 days, then 5g daily after that. If you prefer simplicity, one 5g serving daily still works; it just takes longer to fully saturate muscle stores.

When should I take NutraBio Micronized Creatine Monohydrate?

Take it whenever you can be consistent. Creatine monohydrate works through cumulative saturation, so pre-workout, post-workout, or with a meal are all valid options. Daily adherence matters far more than precise timing.

Will I feel this right away like a pre-workout?

No. This product contains no caffeine or stimulant ingredients, so you should not expect an immediate energy rush. The benefits build over days and weeks as muscle phosphocreatine stores rise.

What does micronized creatine mean?

Micronized creatine has a smaller particle size than standard creatine powder. That generally improves mixability and reduces grit in liquid, making it easier to use consistently without changing the fundamental performance mechanism of creatine monohydrate.

Can I stack this with a pre-workout?

Absolutely. Since this product contains only creatine monohydrate, it pairs easily with both stim and stim-free pre-workouts. It is also commonly stacked with electrolytes, EAAs, carbohydrates, and protein.

Does this product contain anything besides creatine?

No. The formula is built around a single ingredient: PharmaPure creatine monohydrate at 5g per serving. That makes it ideal for buyers who want full label transparency and total control over the rest of their supplement stack.

Do I need to cycle off this creatine?

No cycling is required. Creatine monohydrate is intended for consistent daily use, and its performance benefits are best maintained when muscle creatine stores remain saturated.

Can creatine cause water retention?

Yes, but mainly inside the muscle cell, which is part of why it supports a fuller muscular look and feel. This is not the same thing as a stimulant bloat effect; it is a normal part of creatine’s intracellular hydration benefit.

Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Queen of Roses (Blood of a Fae #1) by Briar Boleyn Genre General Fiction ( Adult), Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Dark Romance “More primordial than the stars. My name was on his lips as he promised unspeakable darkness to any who came between us.” Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!! I’m a big fan of “touch her, and you die” vibes, but I mean, what’s also not to love about a unique Arthurian retelling with gender twists, a treacherous royal court, a dangerous quest, magical Fae & mystical monsters, entwined with a bit of spice! Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. This book had intriguing storylines and lovable characters that kept me turning pages and wanting more. I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds and comes together in book 2, Court of Claws, which I just started reading!! Read if you’re into- Dark Fantasy/Romance Slow–Burn Question Everything Magic and Action Fae Arthurian Legend Stabby/Broken FFC Morally Gray MMC Forced Proximity Queen of Roses is perfect for Holly Black, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Sarah J. Maas fans. Please check the trigger warnings page in the table of contents before reading this book.

3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.
Format: Kindle
Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Enchanting
Format: Kindle
"Queen of Roses" by Briar Boleyn is a delightful and refreshing reimagining of the classic tale of King Arthur, with a captivating twist that places the spotlight on Morgan, a character who has often been overshadowed in traditional retellings. Boleyn's creative decision to shift the narrative perspective to Morgan breathes new life into the story, offering readers an intriguing and compelling look at the Arthurian world from an entirely different angle. One of the most commendable aspects of this book is its incorporation of Fae elements, which adds an enchanting layer of magic and mystery to the already familiar Arthurian setting. Boleyn skillfully weaves the world of the Fae into the narrative, creating a captivating backdrop against which the events of the story unfold. This addition not only adds depth to the world-building but also provides ample opportunities for twists and turns that keep readers thoroughly engrossed. However, while the book boasts numerous strengths, it does have one noticeable flaw: the characterization of Morgan. While it is reasonable to create a flawed and complex protagonist, it appears that at times, Morgan's character becomes overly difficult and hard to relate to. Her persistently negative perception of one of the main male characters, who is a potential love interest, despite his efforts to support and assist her, may come across as somewhat irrational and could test the patience of some readers. Striking a balance between a strong, independent character and one who can recognize genuine support and affection could have enhanced the overall reader experience. Nonetheless, the allure of "Queen of Roses" lies in its innovative approach to the Arthurian legend and its skillful blending of fantasy elements into a familiar narrative. Boleyn's evocative prose draws readers into a world where magic, destiny, and fate entwine, leaving us eager to uncover the mysteries that unfold within the pages. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

An action-packed dark romantasy
Format: Kindle
I loved this book! Queen of Roses is an Arthurian-inspired dark romantasy that is the first book in the Blood of Fae series. The story follows Morgan, the princess of Camelot who is rumored to be part fae. Fueled by prejudiced hatred and a mistrust of fae blood, Morgan’s abusive father strips her of her birthright and hands it to her half-brother, Arthur. Instead of becoming queen, Morgan is commanded to join the temple of the goddesses when she comes of age. However, Arthur turns into a psychopathic, power-hungry, fae-hating king as he ages. He develops malevolent plans and commands Morgan to find an ancient weapon with legendary power. Although Morgan is wary of Arthur’s intentions, she embraces the opportunity to go on a journey and potentially change her fate. The story picks up from there and we follow Morgan on her quest to find the ancient relic. It’s full of high stakes adventure, mystery, tension, banter, forced proximity, hidden magic, self discovery, and betrayal. This first installment of the series intricately develops the world building and character development. There’s little romance in this book, but it is evident that it is a slow burn that will continue to develop throughout the remainder of the series. Overall, I loved the world building, the epic fantasy, Morgan’s journey of self discovery, and all of the twists and turns that set the stage for the future installments. I can’t wait to see what happens next!
