Se ciò non bastasse, possiamo aggiungere che l'Isola dei Nuraghi Rosso IGT Montessu della Agricola Punica offre profondità e personalità con belle interpretazioni di frutta che sono assistite da sfumature speziate e terziarie. Fermenta a contatto con le bucce subendo ripetuti rimontaggi. Effettua la malolattica godendo così di grande morbidezza. Matura in barriques di rovere francese per circa 15 mesi. Ha un incredibile rapporto qualità/prezzo. È assolutamente da inserire tra i preferiti.
È facilmente abbinabile con molte preparazioni della cucina di terra. Si sposa con primi piatti saporiti e con secondi piatti di carne rossa e selvaggina. Ottimo con larrosto di vitello. Da provare anche insieme a un abbondante minestrone invernale di farro e cavolo nero.

Stylish and sturdy paper towel holder
