Reserve Bin A Chardonnay has become a unique expression of Adelaide Hills chardonnay. Hand-picked fruit is whole-bunch pressed, and a portion undergoes natural fermentation without inoculation in individual French oak barriques. Maturation on solids, along with regular bâttonage, enhances mouthfeel and complexity. The wine undergoes 100% natural malolactic fermentation.
