Der 2023er ist ein Puligny von klassischer Schoenheit. Weisse Blueten, Zitrusschale, gruener Apfel und ein mineralischer Kern von Kreide und nassem Stein. Am Gaumen schlank und praezise, mit einer straffen Saeure und einer seidigen Textur, die den Wein unglaublich elegant macht. Keine buttrige Schwere, keine uebertriebene Holznote — nur purer Chardonnay-Ausdruck auf Kalkstein. Der Nachhall ist lang und von einer fast salzigen Frische gepraegt.

Ein Puligny-Montrachet, der die ganze Klasse dieser Appellation zeigt. Fuenf bis acht Jahre Lagerung werden belohnt. Hervorragend zu Jakobsmuscheln, einem feinen Seebarsch mit Fenchel oder einem reifen Ziegenkaese. Kein Wein fuer den Alltag, sondern fuer besondere Momente.
