Heute produziert das Weingut, das sich über 28 Hektar Rebfläche erstreckt, ausgezeichnete biodynamische Weine. Der Kalmoesfontein White Blend wird aus Chenin Blanc, Clairette Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Palomino, Viognier und Roussanne-Trauben mit Zusätzen von Muscat d'Alexandrie und Verdelho gekeltert, die alle aus den alten Buschreben des Weinguts stammen. Die Arbeit im Weinberg erfolgt manuell, und nach der Lese werden die Trauben als ganze Trauben verarbeitet und anschließend mit einheimischen Hefen vergoren. Nach der Vinifizierung ruht der fertige Wein in einer Mischung aus gebrauchten Holzfässern und Betonbehältern. Im Glas zeigt der Wein eine intensive Farbe mit zitronengelben Tönen und ein breites und elegantes Aromaprofil. In der Nase öffnet er sich mit Noten von Mirabellen, reifen Äpfeln, Pfirsichen und Ananas, gefolgt von einem Hauch von Vanille und zarten süßen Gewürzen. Am Gaumen ist er frisch und mineralisch, lebhaft und energiegeladen mit einer cremigen Textur und einigen würzigen Noten. Er ist fruchtig und saftig mit einem langen Abgang, der an Noten von Zitronencreme erinnert. Es ist ein ausgewogener und raffinierter Wein, der gut zu Pasta Cacio e Pepe, Risotto mit Jakobsmuscheln und Muscheln gratiniert passt.Shipping Notes

it's not bad
a coffee, tea, and alcohol drinker so i've gone thru a few of these. i knew i wouldn't see immediate results so i just tried to consistently brush my teeth with this. i can't say it made my teeth whiter but i think it brightened my teeth and helps to prevent it from staining? i didn't irritate my teeth or gums which is important, it helped my mouth to feel cleaner or was it bc of the flavors in it that makes it feel like that? also this little container is too expensive!

Great Product
Its a good product. It works gradually whitening teeth. I use this powder on top of the Boka Prebiotic toothpaste and I have to say I am pretty impressed how clean my teeth are, the whitening and no sensitivity issues.

Awful packaging
Just got the product so I can’t give opinion on if it works to whiten my teeth but I will say the packaging is awful. The powder gets all over the lip of the container and all over the sink. Hard pass unless you want to clean your sink each time you use it.
