Dies ist ein vollmundiger Wein mit üppigen Tanninen, denen eine großartige Säure, Alkohol und Schichten reifer Früchte gegenüberstehen. Der Abgang ist lang, kräftig und nachhaltig, endend in einer Eukalyptusnote. Phantastisch allein, doch noch besser mit einem Rinderbraten, Hirsch, Reh und anderem Wild, Rippchen in Hoisin-Sauce und Würsten. Die Caymus Vineyards sind (unter anderem) für ihren überragenden Cabernet Sauvignon berühmt und haben neue Verarbeitungsmethoden entwickelt, die dem Wein anders nicht erreichbare Reichhaltigkeit, Geschmack und andere Eigenschaften verleihen. Bei der sogenannten "Hängezeit" bleiben die Trauben ungewöhnlich lange an der Rebe -- mit dem Risiko, bei einem frühen Wintereinbruch die Ernte zu verlieren. Diese Methode verstärkt die Farbe, lässt die Tannine reifen und verleiht den Weinen üppige, tiefverwurzelte Aromen und Komplexität. Zu den anderen Weinanbaumethoden gehören das Ausdünnen, wodurch mehr Sonnenlicht an die Trauben gelangt, und eine späte Lese, so dass die Beeren zur vollen Reife gelangen. This towel holder is a fantastic find! It is always great when a product exceeds your expectations and this towel holder is exactly that. At first, I was not sure if the price was worth it but when I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product.
