Zard products are the perfect combination of craftsmanship and technology. We use high quality raw materials: stainless steel tubes and plates (AISI 304) to titanium and carbon fiber. Each exhaust is produced by qualified welders and tested on the road and on a standard rolling test bench. The black ceramic coating (for painted products) is resistant up to 1000 ° C. Zard artisans follow each production process with particular attention and genuine passion.
The Ministry of Transport has officially approved Officine Italiane Zard for exhaust production with an approval valid across the territory of the EU. Zard exhausts are designed and produced according to high quality standards and for approved models, they guarantee the European directives concerning the approval of exhaust systems (Directive 97/24 / CE, EU regulation 134/2014).
