SIZE SELECTION - To choose the correct size we recommend that you sit on a chaerial with good posture, measure from the seat of the chaerial to the top of your head and add 10 cm. Please note that the indicated measurements refer to the Outer Diameter. The internal diameter is 5 cm smaller.
