Paglierino, con riflessi dorati. Al naso è piacevolmente ampio; emergono, in particolare, note floreali, sentori di succo di pera e cenni di frutti gialli. Al palato è di buona corposità, ricco e, al contempo, di gradevole freschezza."Hereafter Here", a firma Alheit Vineyards - piccola azienda sudafricana -, nasce da giovani viti; i vigneti si trovano, poi, in due diversi siti: il primo è piantato su terreni granitici, mentre il secondo sui terreni rossi dell'Upper Blaauwklippen Valley. Le uve, al momento della raccolta, vengono selezionate a mano e pigiate a grappolo intero; la fermentazione avviene poi in vecchi barili e il vino riposa sulle fecce, senza chiarifica, per 6 mesi. È un'autentica gioia per naso e palato.
Ottimo in abbinamento ai secondi di pesce, si sposa molto bene anche con il maiale.
