- MILLING & PROVENANCE. Certified organic grain from the UK is collected by Matthews grain drivers and stored in 100-year-old pine conditioning bins before milling. Matthews has supported organic farming for over 30 years, ensuring that the selected organic wheat is maintained at every stage of the process. Baking with organic flour helps support nature, protect the environment, and promote sustainable farming. Our flour is free from enhancers and other additives.
- PERFECT FOR. Hearty, full-flavored artisan breads. Blend with 25% spelt for a lighter loaf. Ideal for sourdough and Cotswold Crunch bread.
- TOP TIP. Lighten your Cotswold Crunch bread by blending with our Light Spelt for added fiber, or create a three-way artisanal blend using 10% Rye and 10% Spelt.

Quite good. I am actually surprised. Too small for queensize

These pillows are actually good. After reading a ton of reviews I pulled the trigger on these. I was 100% sure I was going to receive bad quality pillows (too flat or too thick). They do take 24-48 hours to firmen up. Let's see if they flatten out in a few weeks or if they hold up. My wife said the pillow was too thick and it raised her head too much. I don't agree, I sleep perfect on these, no neck pain in the morning.

These are actually quite small to be considered queen pillows. They have become firm over the last few days.
