ACHA was designed by Molletta and it is the first knife in the LionSteel family built in this special way.

Not flimsy

These paper plates are sturdy and hold food well without bending or leaking. I originally thought they were going to be a little bigger than they are, but I still ended up keeping them and using them regularly. They work great for snacks, lighter meals, and everyday use.
