  • Predator Engines: 212cc, 196cc OHV (including models 60363, 68120, 68121, 69727, 69730)
  • Other Engines: Fits various 163cc, 196cc, and 210cc clone engines, such as R210.
  • Applications: Pressure washers, generators (EG1400), water pumps (WP20), go-karts, tillers, and other small engine equipment.

When to Replace

  • Engine will not start, or is difficult to start.
  • Engine idles poorly, stalls, or surges.
  • Noticeable loss of power during operation.
  • Black smoke from exhaust, indicating a rich fuel mixture.
  • Fuel leaking from the carburetor body or bowl.

Installation Tips

  • Disconnect the spark plug wire for safety before beginning installation.
  • Clamp the fuel line or drain the fuel tank to prevent spills.
  • Document or photograph the existing throttle linkage, governor spring, and fuel line connections before removal.
  • Ensure mating surfaces on the engine and intake are clean before installing new gaskets.
  • After installation, check all connections for leaks before attempting to start the engine.
  • Fine-tuning of the idle speed or air/fuel mixture screw may be required for optimal engine performance.
