The center of the OR60 is based around an all-tube amp design fashioned in in the UK. Serious tube-born muscle drives this whole ship full steam ahead with a duo of 6L6 power tubes at the heart of this Orange creation. These two tubes, tight when it comes to low-end, rich in clarity, and primed to be driven by pedals, burst with the lush and rich Orange tones made famous across generations of rock guitarists. The amp's single-channel simplicity cuts right to the chase for making easy work of delectable tube-born distortion.

The OR60's tube design and voice are great gifts to get at square one, though there's plenty more where that came from. Orange builds on the usual experience of single-channel simplicity with a variety of features and connections to inspire player-friendly functions. Onboard, Orange designed in a dedicated Valve HT switch that cuts the OR60's full sixty-watt power in half for a new lane of tube tone. Even better, this power switching can then be shaped even closer through a Bright switch that accentuates high frequencies and a Presence control to sculpt and explore the full breadth of the OR60's valve wonderland. An onboard tube-buffered FX loop allows for looping in your favorite time-based effects while a negative feedback loop keeps things clear even when the tubes get fired up.
