Directions for use

Take 1 to 3 tablets in the evening, as needed, with a large glass of water. The correct dosage is the minimum required to stimulate physiological intestinal transit without producing liquid stool, and can therefore be adapted according to individual needs. The product can even be used by children as young as 12 years of age.

To encourage intestinal transit, it is generally recommended to drink fluids throughout the day, eat the right amount of fibre and get plenty of exercise.

Warnings

Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity or allergies to one or more components. Never take more than the maximum recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children. It is important to consult a doctor in the event of persistent constipation.
