For those who aren’t physically able to visit an onsen, this product essentially lets you relive the onsen experience at home.
• Atami is located in the far eastern corner of Shizuoka Prefecture at the northern end of Izu Peninsula. The city is on the steep slopes of a partially submerged volcanic caldera on the edge of Sagami Bay. The name "Atami" literally means "hot ocean," a reference to the town's famous onsen hot springs.
• Atami bath powder is described as smelling like “fresh fruits & flowers, mountains, and the refreshing sea”, and when melted, turns the bath water into a transparent reddish-orange colour.
• Like all onsen, healing properties are attributed to the compounds found in the water, from relieving eczema to lowering your blood pressure, making onsen bathing a healthy way to relax.
• Dissolve in hot water (200L) of the bath at a ratio of about 30g while stirring well. Please use the outer cap (the lower line on the inside is about 30 g) for measuring.
• This product does not contain sulfur that damages bathtub.
