Simple to control, the temperature is adjustable with an electronic thermostat, and the time can be set on the digital timer. The timer alarm volume is adjustable to suit the amount of noise in different environments. This unit cooks in manual or programmable modes with five levels of moisture injection. Stainless steel legs elevate the Moffat E32D5 electric convection oven off the counter, enabling users to easily clean underneath it.
