These flower essences combined have been traditionally used to relieve sleeplessness associated with recurring and worrying thoughts.

This vegan sleep spray contains:

1. Rock Rose – for terror and panic
2. Impatiens – for irritability and impatience
3. Clematis – for inattentiveness
4. Star of Bethlehem – for shock
5. Cherry Plum – to promote calmness and mental clarity

6. White Chestnut: To help ease restless mind.

Activate the spray pump before use. Bring the spray nozzle up to your mouth and apply two sprays onto your tongue. Do not spray into your throat or eyes. Repeat as often as required necessary.

Please note that there can be several reason for insomnia and sleeplessness that Rescue Sleep does not address. To make sure that you select the correct product please read about each of the Remedies in product.
