Infusing heritage with innovation, the Martin Custom Shop 000, 28-Style Auditorium model is an embodiment of the legendary craftsmanship from the Martin Custom Shop and Russo Music’s keen insights into the needs of today's guitarists. 

In the classic 000 Auditorium shape, this guitar uses Adirondack Spruce for its top. Known for its stellar stiffness-to-weight ratio, Adirondack Spruce enhances the overall volume, making this guitar ideal for ensemble settings. The back and sides are built from Wild Grain East Indian Rosewood, adding complex overtones and a pronounced low-end response to the guitar’s overall tonality. 

For internal support and tonal regulation, the guitar employs a Scalloped X Brace made from Adirondack Spruce. At a 1/4" thickness, this bracing pattern influences the vibration of the top wood, facilitating a more resonant and responsive sound. 

Aesthetically, this model takes cues from traditional Martin design. The fingerboard features Diamonds and Squares Long Abalone inlays, an homage to vintage Martin instruments. A Style 28 Boltaron rosette, Herringbone top inlay, and Style 28 checker back purfling accentuate the guitar’s vintage-inspired appeal. 

The neck, crafted from Select Hardwood, pairs with a Black Ebony fingerboard hosting 20 frets, and comes with a Modified Low Oval profile along with a High Performance Taper. This provides smooth access across all frets and comfort for various playing styles. A natural gloss finish on the body and a satin finish on the neck highlight the beauty of the wood grain and provide a smooth playing feel.

True to its roots, the guitar has no electronics, letting the chosen tone woods and the player's technique shape the sonic output. It's an all-acoustic experience in the most traditional sense.
