Master distiller, Arturo Lomeli, blends time-honored tradition with innovation to produce a truly superior tequila. He waits more than nine years to harvest his 100% organic agave at its peak of maturation, when the heart of the plant is rich with flavor.

After harvest the plants are roasted in old-fashioned brick ovens for 3 days; great care with fermentation and two distillations bring forth the best quality essence. Next Clase Azul Reposado is aged for 8 months, then triple micro-filtrated to ensure the highest purity.

So a Toyota dealer will want $40+ to replace this filter, but for $10 and 2mins you can easily do this yourself. There’s a great 1:30 how-to vid on the YouTube, drop the glove box (one push) open the little door, remove old filter (note the arrow) and put in the new one, close door, close glove box, enjoy better flow and fresh air. This filter is a HEPA so it’s a performance upgrade over the OEM, fit is perfect, seems sturdier than the OEM, great value if you’ve got 2mins. Highly recommend. Thanks!

the "fit" is very precise

Nice Fabrication, Good materials, perfect adhesive applications, "clean joints" etc. Appears to be a good UPGRADE from the stock Motorcraft product. CONs: The FIT was a "smidge TIGHT", and took very precise initial alignment and "pressure" to begin to slide into the rectangular hole. I measured the "Hole" at 7.375" wide, or (187.33 mm)... the FILTER is exactly the SAME. I would suggest maybe reducing the Width by 1 mm, to allow for an easier installation. The MOTORCRAFT uses an "open-cell" foam structure for the (2) Side pieces on their filter assembly, allowing some "compression to fit", of the Width, easing the difficulty of installation, yet still filling all voids. In summation, the "fit" is very precise. Not to be hurried or rushed, maybe a bit meticulous for the impatient or weak of heart.
