I press these personally using a commercial grade heat press. The finished product is extremely durable, just as if the shirt had been freshly screen printed and ohh so soft! 50 50 cotton poly. Super soft To insure lifetime of the item, machine wash cold , with the item inside out and warm dry and no fabric is recommended.
