For this fun, fresh and fruity red pet nat, organic Syrah grapes were harvested by hand, fermented with indigenous yeast in fibreglass tanks and bottled in the methode ancestral, with no fining, filtration or added sulphur. You'll find intense notes of red fruit with a hint of spice, undercut with sherbety acidity.
