This sweater is an ideal raglan pullover from the famed DreaReneeKnits designer, Andrea Mowry.  The Sweater is worked from the top down, is completely seamless, and has just a little bit of texture to make it fit into a more modern wardrobe. The sweater comes in 2 versions so simply adjust the length of the sleeves and the body to fit your personal style!  This kit is for the full length version which has long sleeves and a full length torso that extends below the hip bone.  There are 5 colors included in the Long Sleeve Version of So Faded.  Click for Cropped Version with elbow length sleeves and cropped length.  Also available in Pint-Sized Version for children.

Kit includes pattern (both the cropped version and full length version are included) and selected yarn. Kits with similar yarn requirements are combined for purchasing purposes only.  For yarn winding services, click here.  Because this pattern is so vibrant, Yarn Loop has selected the perfect color combinations over several different brands (Malabrigo & Baah Yarn) to create the best fades.  Please rest assured that all are washable Merino Wool of the correct weight. Please wash all of your skeins prior to starting your project to prevent color bleeding in the finished garment.

ALTERNATE YARN: La Jolla by Baah Yarns (100% Superwash Merino Wool; 100g/400 yds): 1 (1, 1, 1,) (1, 1, 1, 2) Skeins in Color A, 1 Skein each in Color B, Color C, Color D & Color E. 

ALTERNATE YARN: Sock by Malabrigo (100% Superwash Merino Wool; 100g/440yds): 1 Skein in each of 5 colors. You will have leftover yarn. Variegated kettle-dyed yarn from Uruguay with subtle to striking color shifts.  Silky soft merino wool in easy care superwash, too!

SKILL LEVEL: Easy to Intermediate-Skills used: Top-down construction, seamless sweater construction, raglan shaping, stockinette stitch, garter stitch, color fading (melting), ribbing, working flat and in the round, long tail cast-on and binding off (Jeny’s Surprisingly Stretchy Bind-Off recommended).

NEEDLES: Size US 3 / 3.25mm & US 5 / 3.75mm 24" circular needle & Double Points in each size, or size needed to obtain gauge 
OTHER TOOLS: Stitch markers, tapestry needle, scissors, stitch holders or scrap yarn, and a row counter is recommended
GAUGE: 25 sts x 32 rows = 4” in Stockinette Stitch using larger needles
