◾️講師紹介：岩崎正寛
CARPE DIEM芦屋代表。21歳の時にブラジルに単身で渡り、黒帯を取得。日本人最年少黒帯保持者となり、数多くの海外遠征を経て、世界のトップクラスで戦う日本代表の柔術家となる。全日本選手権を三連覇し、戦いの舞台を世界へ移す。2018年 世界三大大会の一つであるヨーロピアン選手権において、最激戦区ともいえるライト級（76kg）で準優勝し、各階級での日本人最高位を取得。同年、BJJ HEROESランキングで全世界を含めた柔術家のライト級で2位となる。得意技の「DEEP HALF」が世界に認められ、2019年アメリカで技術教則DVDをリリース。長年にわたりCARPE DIEM BJJで指導者として携わり、数多くの選手を輩出しており、Kidsカテゴリーにおいては５人の世界王者を育てるなどの幅広い指導歴を持つ。

it’s going to feel heavier than 25lb if it’s your first time with a weighted vest but the quality is top tier, it’s easy to put on and remove, very fitted and adjustable, it comes with pockets to store little things while on your walk or run. wouldn’t recommend washing this unless it’s being washed outside and hung up to air dry but overall perfect for a good workout.

These are pretty much exactly what you want from a set of dumbbells — simple, functional, and no nonsense. The neoprene coating gives them a comfortable grip and keeps them from feeling slick in your hands, especially during longer workouts or if your hands get sweaty.
