The glass used is either blue opalescent or mauve/burgundy mirror. The mauve/burgundy is a stained glass water glass that has had a mirror surface added to the back of the glass. This mirror surface along with the texture of the stained glass adds a shimmering effect to the mirror. Works well and sticks well. I used a roller and it has been over a year and everything still sticking as good as day i put it everywhere. I didnt use any adhesive but I did wipe everything down with acetone before I applied. Good stuff at a good price
