Key Features

  • High-Impact Structural Polymer: Manufactured from a specialized, heat-stabilized plastic designed to withstand the intense thermal stress of "Sani-Rinse" and "Heated Dry" cycles without becoming brittle or snapping.
  • Precision Snap-Lock Interface: Features a standardized dual-tab locking system that snaps securely onto the end of the metal slide rail, providing a physical barrier that prevents the upper rack from rolling off its tracks.
  • Enhanced Safety Stop: Specifically engineered to absorb the impact of the upper rack being pulled forward, ensuring the rack remains safely captive within the cabinet even when fully loaded with heavy glassware.
  • Corrosion-Proof Construction: 100% rust-proof and resistant to the caustic enzymes, surfactants, and high-pH chemicals found in modern dishwasher detergent pods and rinse aids.

Compatibility & Fitment

This rail stop clip is the standard safety end-cap for the upper rack tracks of most Whirlpool-manufactured tall-tub dishwashers. Key compatible brands include:

  • Whirlpool & Maytag: Fits hundreds of WDT, WDF, and MDB series models (e.g., WDT720PADM, MDB4949SHZ).
  • KitchenAid & Jenn-Air: Compatible with various KDTM, KDTE, and JDT series high-end units (e.g., KDTE104ESS, KUDC10FXSS).
  • Kenmore (665 Series): Fits many 665-prefix "Elite" and standard dishwashers produced for Sears (e.g., 665.13263K311, 665.13282K113).
  • Amana & Estate: Direct fit for dozens of ADB and DU series models utilizing the 8565925 clip style.
  • Note: These clips are located at the front end of the metal slide rails (the tracks attached to the cabinet walls). They are not the wheels that attach to the rack itself.

When to Replace

  • Upper Rack Rolling Out: The rack pulls completely out of the dishwasher and falls into your hands because the stop clip has snapped or fallen off.
  • Visible Stress Fractures: The grey plastic looks "whitened" or has visible cracks, indicating it is about to fail under the weight of a loaded rack.
  • Missing Clips: A clip has popped off during a cycle and was lost or melted against the dishwasher's heating element at the bottom of the tub.
  • Rack "Jumping" the Track: The rack feels unstable when pulled forward, suggesting the clip is loose and no longer providing a solid vertical stop.
  • Brittle Material: The plastic feels "stony" and snaps easily when touched, a common result of years of exposure to high-heat drying cycles.

Installation Tips

  • No Tools Required: This is a simple "snap-on" repair. Open the dishwasher and pull the upper rack forward slightly to expose the end of the metal rails.
  • Removing the Old Clip: Most clips have a small center tab. Use your thumb or a small flat-head screwdriver to press the tab and slide the clip upward or forward off the rail.
  • Clean the Rail End: Before installing the new 8565925 clip, wipe away any old food particles or mineral scale from the tip of the metal rail to ensure a secure, permanent lock.
  • Orientation: Ensure the "stop" portion of the clip is facing outward (toward the front of the dishwasher). Slide the clip onto the rail until you hear a distinct "click."
  • The "Tug" Test: Gently pull the rack forward against the new clips to ensure they are locked securely. It is recommended to replace both sides simultaneously to ensure even wear and safety.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.
