Reparen provides a source of ionic calcium and phosphorus. It contains nutrients that support bone, tissue, and muscle repair and maintenance. Additionally, these nutrients are crucial for maintaining the health of teeth, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and skin.
Calcium, a key component, plays various roles. It is needed for muscle contraction, relaxation, and nerve conduction. Additionally, it helps maintain healthy heart function and is involved in the release of neurotransmitters and hormones. Calcium also has a role in various enzyme systems for protein metabolism, blood coagulation, and normal cell division.
Phosphorus is another important element, assisting in maintaining and supporting energy production, cell membrane structure, and a healthy acid/alkali balance in the body. It's also important for supporting healthy growth in children.
Reparen provides a minimum daily dose of 290mg of elemental calcium. This may assist in preventing osteoporosis when dietary intake is inadequate. It's important to note that women's calcium requirements increase after menopause.
