Named for Filou Mazier who was born on March 18, 1939 in Poitiers, France. She married Guy in 1960, and they had two children, Bernard and Elise. She worked in the Bakery ‘La Mie Caline’ and her hobby is selling antiques at flea markets.
In her own words: “I still help out in the Bakery every day, it keeps me youthful and informed. I think a lack of curiosity is a sign of growing old. I still love to hear people’s stories.”
