Position cushion either underneath or on top of toes, wherever protection is needed most. Wear full unit between all toes or trim spacers apart for use between specific toes only. Pull on hosiery carefully and readjust as necessary. Care: Hand wash in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Air dry completely, away from heat and direct sunlight, before reuse.
