The handle is made of light sustainably grown birch, hand-turned into an elegant and ergonomic shape, fully sealed with a protective paint, and colour-dipped to ensure that each knife can be easily identified at a glance.
This knife is the personal favourite of Robert Gamblin, its namesake. The Japanese-inspired blade boasts the longest edge of all our knives. Ideal for cutting sharp lines and dropping crisp marks. Stiffer with more bounce than our other knives.
