While LED bulbs still aren't DOT approved for use in headlights in the states-- foreign markets and fog light users can enjoy the best plug n play LED bulb to date. The 2Stroke 4.0. (Featuring technology patented by Morimoto) Superior Beam Quality: The advanced Aluminum Nitride Ceramic circuit board in the center of the 2S4 sets allows the bulbs to produce the most precise beam pattern possible, with its 1.45mm surface-emission interval. For reference, the tungsten filament in a halogen bulb is 1.4mm, and the previous record for an LED bulb was 2.0mm, set by the outgoing 2Stroke 3.0 bulb! Using the industry-first ceramic PCB, we have eliminated the need for the dielectric layer and a separate thermal element, which, in combination with the Osram Oslon HJL531.TE LED chips makes for unmatched performance when used in all reflector and projector-based headlights designed for halogen bulbs. Optimized focal length: Each size in the 2Stroke 4.0 lineup has been painstakingly optimized for proper output in its designated application. The critical reference distance has been calculated based on the geometry of the bulb base and the footprint of the Osram HJL531 emitter. To ensure consistency, special tools were designed to quality-control the accuracy of each bulb as it comes off the production line. Most other LED light bulbs on the market use a 'set it and forget it' reference distance across all sizes in the series, making for sub-optimal focus in most applications-- not the case with the 2Stroke series of bulbs. 360 degrees of Rotation: Since no single standard exists across different headlight and fog lights, all bulbs in the 2Stroke 4.0 range are fully adjustable so that you can dial-in the position of the LED chips so that they sit perfectly at the 3 and 9-o-clock positions. On the previous gen bulbs, the gears on the base were prone to slipping when locking it into your headlight, but the new system is immune to that. In summary, setting up the alignment of your bulbs is now easier than ever! Thermal management: The 2Stroke 4.0 uses an upgraded version of the patented system we first employed on the 3.0 bulbs. This unique cooling system uses a 12,000-rpm dual-layer fan to suck cool air into the body of the bulb and blow warm air out, back into the housing. On the intake side, cold air is sucked in past the sidewall of the PCB to exchange heat and is blown out the opposite side of the bulb. This effectively cools the bulb while warming the ambient temperature inside of the housing, increasing resistance to snow/ice buildup on the lens during the winter months. With even more static pressure than the previous version; the cooling system on the 2Stroke 4.0 maximizes longevity of the bulb, while serving up a bad-weather benefit not found elsewhere. Unique Drive Logic: The LED drivers are programmed to start up at a conservative 18W, and then ramp-up in power over the first 15 minutes before stabilizing at 22.5W. Unlike every other bulb in the aftermarket which lose output intensity over the first 15 minutes of runtime (as the system heat-soaks), the performance from the 2Stroke 4.0 remains impressive from the moment you pull out of the driveway till the moment you park the car. GOOD BOOK FOR ALL OF AMERICA TO READ

A MUST READING FOR ALL OF WHITE AMERICA! A HELPFUL BRIDGE TO UNDERSTANDING THE CHASM IN RACE RELATIONS BETWEEN BLACKS AND WHITES. WRITTEN IN A MANNER AND FORMAT MOST PEOPLE CAN ACCEPT AND UNDERSTAND. I'M NOT ONE WHO LIKES TO BE "PREACHED TO" BUT THIS BOOK IS DEFINITELY AN EXCEPTION. I AM A PERSON OF COLOR AND I WILL DEFINITELY SHARE THIS WITH MY WHITE FRIENDS WHO SOMETIMES UNFAIRLY GET A BAD RAP FOR BEING WHITE.

Powerful, challenging, and inspiring. An essential read
Format: Hardcover
This is a book that I challenge all my white friends to read, no matter where you stand on the spectrum of confronting white privilege and systemic racism. Michael Eric Dyson delivers a powerful, engaging, personal, informational, inspiring sermon that’s essential at this moment in time when racial division is especially high.
I urge you to read with an open heart and mind, to set aside your discomfort and listen to Dyson’s plea for white Americans to reckon with the harsh truths of racism.
Dyson is an ordained minister, so what better way to present this than as a sermon. He divides it into multiple sections: in “Hymns of Praise,” he cleverly shares hymns in the form of rap lyrics; in “Scripture Reading,” he quotes Martin Luther King Jr.; in the main sermon, he addresses whiteness specifically (including white innocence, white fragility, and white privilege) and then segues into a section about what it’s like to be black in America. Following that is “Benediction,” one of my favorite parts: in it he offers practical suggestions for what white people can do to make things better.
The whole thing is incredibly current and topical, with commentary on Black Lives Matter, the recent election and Donald Trump’s rise to power.
For white people who seek to understand more about racism and white privilege in America (and really, that should be all of us), this is the book to read. It was literally written for us.

Best book I’ve ever read
Format: Hardcover
I had to read this book in grad school and it changed my life. I have recommended it countless times and given it as gifts to many family members. Dr. Dyson explains racial concepts in easy to hear language and specifically targets white folks. As a white person, I have learned so much from Dr. Dyson through this book. I believe every white person should read this book.
I also had the privilege to hear Dr. Dyson speak at my university, and his spoken words and written words carry the same passion and energy. Truly this book is one of a kind.
This book really is a sermon to white america, I doubt most people of color would gain as much from his words. Dr. Dyson uses mostly black and white language, and addresses issues about whiteness and how it permeates our society and upholds racism. Anyone could read and enjoy this book, but white folks (especially the white people who don’t think they’re racist) need to read it.

Often painful to read, but a must-read for anyone who cares about racial injustice
Format: Hardcover
I highly recommend the Rev. Dr. Dyson's book, "Tears We Cannot Stop," for anyone who's looking for a social-justice and racial-justice read. Michael Eric Dyson's writing is as poetic as it is prophetic; he writes this book with the cadence and beauty of an inspiring, humbling, and deeply moving church sermon. He concludes this work with recommended readings and viewings for white allies in the antiracist fight, and calls for all white Americans to take meaningful action to fix what has been going on for too painfully long (hundreds of years).
This book is not without some really hard, tough truths, and it is often painful to read, but in my opinion, if we're ever going to move forward as a nation, we white Americans need to confront our country's ugly history with racism and deal with our all-too-easy to sweep racial injustice under the rug due to our white privilege. A must-read for anyone who cares about racial injustice and who wants to take positive, concrete action to end it.

Five +++ stars!
Format: Kindle
For any of us who have ever thought ourselves on the journey of reconciliation, this is the book to read. It is uncomfortable at times, challenging, and also encouraging. This book gave me hope for a world of reconciliation, but also a challenge that it takes Us (White people). It takes us recognizing our privilege and not staying silent about that privilege. Often we are told, as White people, that we need to be learning about our own White privilege and teaching each other...but often that seems hard to do when we don’t know what we are doing right or wrong. The fact that this book is out there no longer offers us that excuse. This is the antidote for that, if we are willing to hear it. Michael Eric Dyson is always brilliant...but this book that speaks directly to us (White people), for us, and about us has to be one of my favorites.
