Their signature rouge emerges from diverse terroirs spanning clay-limestone soils, sandy marls, and varied limestone formations across multiple communes with different exposures. This complex blend features predominantly Mourvèdre (75%) complemented by Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan, and Syrah from mature 35-40 year-old vines. Hand-selected clusters undergo natural fermentation in concrete vats before aging in large oak casks for minimum 18 months.
