Unlike spray-in or other truck bed liners that cost time and money to have installed, the ImpactLiner ships straight to your door, and you can easily install it yourself. ImpactLiner is laser measured and custom made to your exact year, make and model of truck, so it hugs the complex contours of your truck's bed. The underside of the ImpactLiner features patent-pending raised impact rings, which help ImpactLiner disperse the force of blows, protecting your bed and your investment. Erin presents an organized knowledgeable review of Midterm rentals with lots of legal advise, check lists, and common sense. This information has taken the scary out of starting a business using my basement. My book is well worn from reading it so many times. Have ordered her second book and will wear it out also. Loved this book !!!

Great information!!! Erin answered alot of questions I had about MTR. I was able to implement some things she had recommended in her book. No joke, I got my first tenant the following weekend. I still have some questions about minor things but vía her you tube channel I know I will find the answer. One more thing, she will send you a copy of the lease she uses and the welcome letter she provides her tenant if you send her a picture of the book to her email. That helped a lot! I recommend this book. Go get your copy. Worth it!!!!!
