Fans have been waiting for years and it's finally happening: the much sought-after and previously unavailable Annihilator back-catalogue is getting a series of re-issues via earMUSIC. Metal II stands out as a fully re-recorded, newly mixed by Mike Fraser (AC/DC, Aerosmith and many more) and remastered album in a new line-up, featuring Dave Lombardo (Slayer, Grip Inc. Etc) on drums and Stu Block (Iced Earth) on vocals. The guest list on the album is huge: Willie Adler from Lamb Of God, Alexi Laiho from Children Of Bodom, Steve "Lips" Kudlow from Anvil, Dan Beehler from Exciter, Jesper Strömblad From In Flames - just to name a few.

The stand is sturdy and heavy. As far as I can tell, the wood and metal are genuine and high quality. I had no issues with the base (or included controller stand) being unstable or wobbly. Both were rock solid. You can slide the controller stand left or right, but there's no height adjustment for the headphone stand. However most headphones should still fit just fine. Setup was very easy. There's a few screws to connect the parts but that's it, and there's really no way to put anything in the wrong spot. The controller stand doesn't physically attach to anything, but it does have little rubber feet to keep it from sliding around easily. Overall a very well-designed and aesthetically pleasing addition to my desk!
