Our extended shackle is designed around using Deaver leaf springs but can also be used with stock springs. We’ve updated the design to a fully boxed/sealed version so they don’t have the dimple dies. These are longer length than the stock shackles and allow for maximum wheel travel. Using polyurethane bushings keeps them from deflecting under articulation like the stock ones and also allows them to pivot smoother and unrestricted. The stock shackles are too short and limit droop. These are 1" longer on the Chevrolet Silverado and 1.5" longer on the Ranger and F-150. Since the shackles are longer, they will lower the ride height slightly compared to the stock shackles. On Ford Rangers you will need to cut a hole in the bed for the shackle to clear or use an aftermarket drop hanger which will raise the ride height back up. These are laser cut from HRPandO steel, CNC formed, MIG welded and powder coated textured black. These shackles are 6" eye to eye in length. Convenient for travel
Good for travel when you may not have a glass, a spoon and a place to mix the powdered version with water. Make no mistake, you must still drink at least 8- 12 ounces of water with the capsules, and one serving is 5 capsules. But, this is a bulking agent,!so that is to be expected.

Surprisingly Great for Diarrhea + Dropped My LDL Big Time – Sugar-Free Winner!

I started taking this Metamucil Sugar-Free 4-in-1 Psyllium Fiber mainly because I deal with diarrhea more than constipation (opposite of what it's usually advertised for). I was skeptical, but it worked amazingly well—firms things up, reduces urgency and frequency, and gives me normal, regular bowel movements without any cramping or worsening. It's gentle, mixes okay in water (orange flavor is tolerable, not too sweet since it's sugar-free), and I take 2 teaspoons daily.
Even better bonus: after a few months of consistent use, my LDL cholesterol dropped from 110 to 58! That's a huge win for heart health—I wasn't expecting that, but the psyllium fiber really does trap cholesterol and help lower it (backed by studies and Metamucil's own claims).
