MLS gaskets have increased strength because they are comprised of multiple layers of stainless steel; which also creates the ability to rebound and resist corrosion. The outer layers are embossed and coated on both sides with Viton (a flour elastomer rubber based material that is heat resistant to 250 C/ 482 F). Viton is designed to meet the demands of a variety of harsh sealing environments, load conditions, and surface finishes. I perfer this over aquafor. its not thick, the liquid splooshs so fair warning.
however I notice this hydrates better and longer and seeps into the skin better.

Simple, fragrance-free base lotion that plays well under sunscreen

I bought this as a moisturizing base before beach days, on my dermatologist s-style routine: at home I apply this lotion first, let it sink in, then tanning cream, and then layer broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF) on top. The goal was an even, soft, brown tan without that tight, dry feeling after sun and salt. In this role, it worked well for me. I didn’t finish the bottle over the season, and now I use it after the shower as my everyday body lotion.
Why I chose it (and what actually “works” here):
It’s fragrance-free and non-comedogenic, so it’s basic and gentle.
The key active is colloidal oatmeal, a classic skin protectant that helps soothe and support the moisture barrier.
Value for money was the clincher: a big bottle, simple formula, no extras I don’t need.
Real-life notes from first use:
It’s not ultra-rich (don’t expect a heavy occlusive butter), but as a daily hydrator or under-SPF base, it’s reliable and comfortable .The texture is fast-absorbing and non-greasy on my slightly dry skin.
So, a straightforward, affordable oatmeal lotion that kept my skin calm under sunscreen in summer and now does the job after showers. No complaints—just a workhorse moisturizer that earns its keep.
