A signature model for the bass guitar's newest star, the Fender Limited Player Plus x Blu DeTiger Jazz Bass is an exciting variant on fine Player Plus design with key modifications suiting the bassist's taste. As a celebration of the evolving world of bass guitar, this limited, signature edition model from Fender taps into the pulse of modern pop's most funky.

Blu DeTiger broke onto the scene in 2019 with her debut single "In My Head", showcasing her talents as a bassist and vocalist. The ensuing years brought viral fame as videos of her virtuosic playing circulated the internet along with appearances as touring bassist for singer Caroline Polachek and indie outfit Bleachers. DeTiger has crossed paths with her fair share of modern pop's finest, sharing the stage with such names as Sabrina Carpenter and Chromeo and co-writing the song "Hey You" with singer Chappell Roan. Following DeTiger's first studio release, All I Ever Want Is Everything, the young bassist is primed for her next move, as well as to act as an ambassador for new bassists everywhere through her new Fender signature model.

This limited signature Player Plus bass is shaped in a classic Jazz Bass double-cutaway form, utilizing chambered ash as its base. Notably lightweight and resonant, this ash works as an excellent jumping-off point for the rest of the musical experience. A satin-finished maple neck protrudes from this Jazz body, imparting a silky texture across its back and a solid feel in hand with its 1966 "C" profile. This comfortable satin neck is combined with a slab rosewood fingerboard measuring with a 9.5" radius and twenty Vintage Tall frets for articulate fretting and movement across its entire scale. A gloss polyester finish wraps this guitar's body and headstock in a dazzling Sky Burst Sparkle color that matches DeTiger's frequently bright aesthetics.

Sonically, this signature Player Plus model bounces along with a striking set of electronics. A Player Plus Noiseless Jazz Bass single-coil pickup occupies the middle position and plays with excellent single-coil spunk. This single-coil is matched with a Custom Blu DeTiger Fireball Bass Humbucker pickup that growls and thumps for delivering on DeTiger's slapping style. The electronics on this Player Plus are designed with an 18V Player Plus preamp with a three-band EQ and an active/passive mini toggle. A pan pot acts as this guitar's pickup selector switch and allows for smoother blending between single-coil and humbucker tonality. Further additions to compound on this tonality and playability include Standard Open-Gear tuning machines, a 4-Saddle Vintage Style bridge with single-groove steel "Barrel" saddles and a synthetic bone nut measuring 1.5". Altogether, this Jazz Bass is effortlessly playable and excitingly musical.

Inspiring excitement in modern bass, Blu DeTiger plays in a style all her own for a new kind of bass mode. With this signature model, Fender matches DeTiger's unique bass flavor to bloom in new and exciting ways.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things
Format: Kindle
I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.

delightful read
Format: Kindle
What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.
