How do we use this product?

In a medium dutch oven or pot over medium high heat, add the oil and sear the pork until browned on all sides.

Add the vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, bay leaf, peppercorns (tied in cheese cloth if desired), sugar, and water, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium low, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.

Remove the cover and continue simmering for another 30 minutes to reduce the sauce.
- Serve with rice!

Fits perfect
This is exactly what I wanted! The quality is definitely there for the price! The back feels textured which is a nice touch and I especially love that it’s a perfect fit. There’s no cutouts that cover any important buttons or sensors and the corners and edges are thicker to protect the remote from drops. The only reason I didn’t give it a full 5 stars is it doesn’t glow in the dark as advertised
