1. Letterings are imprinted by heat, which lasts for years, if proper care is taken. If cleaning is required, please do so gently around the words. Drawstring can be washed inside out. Click here for more care tips.
2. Font type and colours are fixed and will be the same as shown in photos.
3. We always strive for perfection! However, handmade products naturally have minor flaws (e.g. scratches on wordings etc.). Due to the nature of product customisation, no exchanges / refunds.

Delivery information:

At least 2-4 working days processing time is needed before delivery.

• Doorstep delivery per location in Singapore $8.90: Please ensure delivery date and time is selected above. Do note: delivery charge to Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands / CBD area is $15. We will contact you shortly after your order to process the extra charge.

• Self-collect for free at our home studio at Blk 682A Edgedale Plains: Monday to Friday, 5.30pm to 9pm only.
