A mail box can be not only a simple post box but a masterpiece which decorates your house (yard) and outlines its exterior features.
Here is a hand forged mailbox with a post and house number plaque done in the technique of the artistic forging. It is decorated with owl, chipmunk, mushrooms, oak branch with acorns and leaves. It has no lock.

Description of items:
the chipmunk (left side) standing on the mushrooms, hiding behind the twigs and leaves. The owl sits on the box in the center on its back top side on a little stump with some leaves surrounding. There is a movable red flag on its right side.

Sizes:
the box: 8" high, 8" wide, 14" deep.
a post length: 41".

Colors:
The bronze, brass, gold, green and copper colors.

The owl will be disassembled for transportation purposes and screwed in while installing.

The post will be disassembled from the box for transportation purposes and screwed in while installing.

The way how it was created: we combine traditional blacksmith techniques, perfected over hundreds of years of experimentation and development , with modern forms and methods to produce beautifully distinct pieces of functional art. Each piece is forged at extremely high temperature and hammered by hand. Pliable when glowing hot, the iron is shaped into graceful, flowing forms. In our world of high technology, there is a distinct place for organic forms and hand-wrought metal design elements.

CUSTOMIZATION
Custom orders are welcome (colour, size, content (by adding additional elements (other flowers, other birds, other insects ....), lock, latch, house number plaque, house numbers on a mailbox door), it can be without a post (wall hanging). A customization can be limited only by your imagination.
