RÉSUMÉ: Fred Williams, écrivain, et Terry, la fille d’un sénateur, se rendent sur une île des Caraïbes et font connaissance dans un taxi. La jeune femme est venue identifier le corps de sa sœur, Marlis, à la morgue. Mais le cadavre s’avère être celui d’une amie de Marlis. Décidée à retrouver sa sœur, Terry compte partir dans la jungle, où Marlis devait effectuer une séance photo. Williams se propose alors de l’accompagner. Le duo est loin de se douter qu’un monstre hybride mangeur de chair humaine rôde dans les environs…
À PROPOS DU FILM: Tourné en 1988, Ratman est le dernier film de Giuliano Carnimeo (Les rendez-vous de Satan). Pour son unique incursion dans le cinéma horrifique, le réalisateur a réuni un casting de qualité, avec notamment David Warbeck (Le Chat noir), Janet Agren (La Secte des cannibales) et Eva Grimaldi (On l’appelle Sœur Désir)... sans oublier l’incroyable Nelson De La Rosa, lilliputien haut de 71 cm incarnant le « Ratman » avec force conviction. Ratman est une sympathique série B horrifique, agrémentée d’une dose d’érotisme, et disponible pour la première fois en France en Haute Définition.

Pretty funny

The book gives us a more focused outlook on Chieg Wiggum. Full of its funny moments, I`d recomend this to huge Simpsons fans as it seems the shows writers managed to give us another hit.

By any means not the funniest book in the series, only the one on Krusty the Clown was more un-funny; but still a worthy addition to your collection and, just like all the others from the series providing a retrospective of anecdotes you might have forgotten.

Not that great
Huge "The Simpsons" fan. I watched all the episodes and read a lot of the comics and enjoy most. This one however was quite boring. Turns out I'm just not a big fan of Chief Wiggum. I really enjoyed The "Homer" and "Bart" book. But not this one. Maybe if you love Wiggum you'll love it. If you're not too fond of him then I wouldn't buy it.
