Front strut brace for Porsche 944 Turbo, 944 Turbo S, 944S2, 1989 944 2.7 liter. Each strut brace is designed using our specially designed extrusion for increased stiffness and properties to allow bending of the alloy without crimping at the bends or need to cut and weld multiple pieces (an inherently weaker design). This oval extrusion has an internal web design to increase its torsion and longitudinal rigidity during hard cornering thereby maintaining good tire contact with the ground and restricting the spreading of the shock towers during this high stress.

All components are TIG aircraft quality welded. No weak swivel joints that reduce torsion stiffness. Our movable joint is approximately a 2" bolt and bushing which is extremely rigid in torsion and compression which are the 2 major stresses. The addition of this strut brace will reduce chassis flex when driving your Porsche hard through the corners. This additional stiffness will help control tire contact with the road improving turn in response and can reduce understeer.
