SFERRA's premium mattress topper (gift with purchase), gives you even more comfort and pressure relief. The designer Belgian silk damask fabric enwraps two layers of CertiPUR-US® certified cooling gel quilting foam, providing added pressure relief with increased airflow. The quilting foam is layered with a blend of all-natural New Zealand wool and cashmere to keep you comfortable, cool and dry. You can rest assured that only the finest materials are sourced for our mattress topper.
