The Ultimate Locking Presta Air Chuck for Bike Tires

Built for cyclists, by cyclists. The all-new Lightning™ XP tire air chuck by JACO is the perfect inline attachment to your tire inflator or 12V air compressor for inflating your bike tires equipped with Presta valve stems. Simply thread the air chuck onto your tire inflator tool and unleash the power of our patented, automatic locking Lightning™ technology.

Specifications

  • Quantity: 1 Pack (Single)
  • Angle: Right Angle (90 degree)
  • Connection: Self-locking "push-to-lock" with quick-release
  • Compatible Valve Type: Presta Valves (not for Schrader valves)
  • Style: Open Flow
  • Thread Spec (Main Body): 1/4 inch F-NPT
  • Thread Spec (Presta Head): 1/8 inch M-NPT

IMPORTANT: This is an Open Flow Air Chuck

  • Open flow air chucks allow air to flow freely through the chuck, even when not engaged to the tire valve stem. There is no "check valve" to check whether or not the air chuck is engaged with the tire valve.
  • We do not suggest connecting this air chuck directly to 120V compressor airlines, since the air will flow freely through the chuck and empty the tank.

Compatibility

Key Features

  • Self-locking - patented "push-to-lock" air chuck quickly connects to bike tire Presta valve stem with an airtight seal
  • Quick-release - rapidly disconnect with zero measurable air loss
  • 1/4 inch NPT female threaded end fitting easily connects to your tire inflator or gauge
  • Multi-functional - compatible with most hand-operated inline air compressor tire inflator tools and 12-volt portable air compressors
  • Superior design - right angle (90 degree) assembly allows you to easily get in between the spokes of your bike tires to access Presta valve stem
  • Built to last - engineered from a lightweight, yet durable, aluminum alloy that won't rust or fall apart

One of the essential references for scholars and humanists
Format: Paperback
I got the 1972 PEPP as a high school student (and self-imposed "poet"). I was cured of being a poet by time, but reading through PEPP like an evergreen sampler plate made me educated in prosody, forms, theories of poetry, the history of genres, national literatures, and more. When I went to college, my professors kept asking which expensive prep school I had gone to, because no one came as well prepared as I was. The NPEPP was not quite as inspiring, but this edition is thrilling. Get it. Open it and start grazing. This is not a book as much as it is a field to wander in for years. It works as traditional reference -- answering questions on specific lemma -- but it also works as a delightful resource.

Excellent Reference Book!
Format: Paperback
I don't think this book was meant to be read cover to cover. If it is, the reader better start reading at an early age because there are over 1,000 pages and print is small. However, the book is an excellent reference and provides data that other similar books do not cover. It is a worthy investment.

The definitive reference
Format: Kindle
The definitive reference. It can be a bit hard to use if you're not up on the jargon, but it's an invaluable work if you are interested in the technical aspects of poetics.
