I love painting animals, especially their eyes, as they convey so much emotion and spirit. It is so special for me to be able to capture someone's pet in watercolor form. I usually start with the eyes and try to get them just right, then get a bit looser and more colorful with the rest of the painting. I do them in a unique, colorful style. Please note that the coloring will not be the same color as your pet. If there are any colors you absolutely love or hate, please let me know. I paint pets leaving negative space/white in the background. This is to leave the emphasis on the pet itself.

I paint on a thick, high quality textured cold press watercolor paper and offer the following sizes:

$100 for 9" x 12" size and $150 for 11" x 14" size for a summer sale. Painted on cold press watercolor paper.

Accepting 10 orders and will paint 1 a week in the order they are received. Will refund your money if you don't like it prior to shipping.

You will also get the digital file of your painting emailed to you upon completion so that you can print it larger, on canvas, merchandise, etc. The digital file is yours to keep. The image is for your personal use only, not for resell or monetary gain.

Please send me a message after purchase with a photo of your pet that clearly shows their eyes, is high resolution, and well lit. The clearer your photo is the easier it is for me to capture your pet's likeness! A drawing of your pet would be completed to your liking prior to adding paint. The painting will be signed in the lower corner by the artist.

These make wonderful holiday gifts, home decorations, or to commemorate a pet. I truly feel honored to do these paintings and to get to capture your furry friend's essence in paint!
